Pro Bono Work Recognized

January 14, 2013

The pro bono work of David S. Adduce and Kelly, Olson, Michod, DeHaan & Richter, LLC (KOMDR) was recently recognized in an article in the January 14, 2013 issue of The Orland Park Prairie.  Dave provided his legal services, free of charge, in connection with the Pediatric Oncology Treasure Chest Foundation’s (POTCF) nearly year-long quest to purchase its first commercial real estate property.  In negotiating and completing the successful closing of the purchase, Dave guided POTCF through the often-times challenging process of commercial real estate sales.  As Dave stated in the article, “I was paid in full many times over … knowing I was able to help the Foundation and the children it so cares about.”

POTCF provides support, comfort, joy and smiles to children with cancer having to endure painful procedures in their treatments.  KOMDR is a general practice law firm, located in the North Loop of Chicago, which traces its roots back to 1872 and the Great Chicago Fire.

KOMDR provides its clients with a wide range of legal services, including employment and business contract advice, loan documentation and loan workouts, commercial litigation, real estate sales and tax appeals, and estate planning and probate administration.
